We are currently experiencing an intermittent fault with Rentshield Connect when starting an application with multiple tenants / guarantors using the Email to Tenant function. Our development team are investigating this as a priority and we will provide an update as soon as we can.
To mitigate this issue, when logging a new check, please log the first applicant as normal, and instead of adding the second applicant, email the link to the tenant. To add the remaining applicants, click 'Search for a Reference', find the application and use the 'Add Tenant' or 'Add Guarantor' buttons to complete the application.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to have this issue resolved as soon as we can.
If you have any tenants or guarantors which are not on the same application due to this error please email the reference numbers and property address, along with your agent scheme number, to email@example.com
